The Document Signing and Approval Manager (DSAM) enables the digital mapping of signature directories and optimizes the approval and signing processes. Along your organizational structure, you define who may approve and sign which documents and which form is required for this.
Of course, you can also map multi-level processes and approvals. The NLC App can be used in conjunction with any number of systems and associated clients, so that existing Active Directories can also be accessed.
The ESCRIBA DSAM implements both the approval via checkbox and simple digital signatures – such as DocuSign, Signaturit or AdobeSign – up to the qualified digital signature, as offered by Moxis (xiTrust) and other certified trust centers. Of course, classic signature processes with original signature and subsequent scan are also optimally supported.
