ESCRIBA was founded over 20 years ago and the goal is still the same today as it was then:
We are an owner-managed company specialising in digitisation solutions for data and document-intensive processes. Our roots are in the capital on the one hand and in the digitisation and automation of documents and contracts in the HR environment on the other. As a pioneer, we have been working with no- and low-code technology – a completely new approach to creating software – for more than 5 years.
Everything we do, we do with conviction, with passion and with the help of state-of-the-art technology. We treat each other as equals, and you won’t find rigid structures or a dogmatic top-down approach here. We work in self-organized teams with agile methods, live an open cooperation and a positive error culture. We choose diversity anew every day. With us, everyone is asked to work together to create an environment in which not only colleagues meet, but also people.

In our modern headquarters in Berlin-Moabit, everyone is well taken care of. You work at height-adjustable desks with modern hardware and on interactive whiteboards. A little further down the road, you and your new colleagues can enjoy fresh coffee with all kinds of milk variations and alternatives, juices and sodas, muesli, fresh fruit and vegetables and, if you like, an after-work beer.
You can do this every day at lunch or at the table tennis session afterwards. In addition, team events or the summer and Christmas parties give you the opportunity to get to know other facets of your colleagues.
