In our modern headquarters in Berlin-Moabit, everyone is well taken care of. You work at height-adjustable desks with modern hardware and on interactive whiteboards. A little further down the road, you and your new colleagues can enjoy fresh coffee with all kinds of milk variations and alternatives, juices and sodas, muesli, fresh fruit and vegetables and, if you like, an after-work beer.

This is how your application process works with us

1. Apply with us

Have you discovered an exciting position with us? Great, then please send us a PDF with your background and professional qualifications - aka your resume. We are happy to receive a letter of motivation, but it is not mandatory. Send the documents and your contact details via the application form that you can find directly in the job profile on our website. Alternatively, you can also submit a speculative application.

2. Initial video call

We call you to get to know you better and to get a first impression of you as a person. We will also give you an overview of ESCRIBA, the position and the context. After the interview, we forward your application to the responsible manager and get back to you within three working days with our feedback.

3. Technical interview

In an appointment with the responsible manager and, if necessary, other specialist colleagues, we will discuss your skills with regard to the position. You will also get a detailed insight into the role and our way of working. This is also the perfect time to answer all your questions. The interview will take place either in person at our Berlin office or via video call.

4. Personal meeting / trial day

If everything fits, you will have the opportunity to experience ESCRIBA, the team and our spirit in person. We would like to invite you to our office for one or more hours and give you as many impressions as possible of what it is like to work at ESCRIBA. For some positions we arrange a trial day with you, where you can get a taste of some tasks and the work and at the same time we can get an idea of your work.

5. Signing of the contract
