With our technical training courses, we offer specialised and in-depth training for experts who develop no-code and low-code apps on the ESCIRBA-ECAP platform, manage administrative tasks in the backend or want to refresh and deepen their skills. You can request an individual date for each training course.
The training courses below are aimed at technical users. We offer introductory training courses for key users, which you can find under “Key User Training”.
We recommend this technical training to anyone who wants to understand how to create an ECAP-based application. The course covers the main functions and settings required to create and manage structured data, access rights and validations.
In addition, the course covers the use of Business Process Modelling (BPM) and automations to build both manual and automated workflows into the applications.
Other topics covered in this course include report creation and our Dynamic Case Management application, which allows you to add SLAs, escalations, standard email templates and much more to your app. This course is the basis for all other ECAP Tech training courses.
In this course we will focus on the advanced features and capabilities of ESCRIBA ECAP. Topics such as complex data tables, integration with third party software environments and automation will be covered in more depth.
The combination of datatables gives the user a better overview of complex topics and allows ECAP to consolidate data from different sources. The ECAP REST API and Web Services enable data exchange with third-party software, allowing for seamless integration and exchange of data. The various possibilities of automation with both low code and deep code via the REST API are also covered.
This course is aimed at administrators who will operate and maintain ECAP from a backend perspective. Participants will learn about the ECAP infrastructure, how the system can be optimised and how it is maintained and monitored.
The course covers installation and possible configurations depending on the existing system infrastructure and its limitations. Once the system is running, the focus is on the daily tasks of a system administrator, such as monitoring, access management, transfer and deployment of applications. The last part of the training focuses on the maintenance and monitoring of the infrastructure to ensure fast and smooth operation of the application.
In this training course, you will receive an overview of the integration options for ECAP applications in existing IT systems. Depending on your requirements, we will demonstrate the function of interfaces to SAP HCM, SuccessFactors and Workday. Together with you, we will carry out a standard integration. You will also learn how to integrate digital signatures such as DocuSign.
The aim is to demonstrate the diverse integration possibilities of ECAP-based applications using individual scenarios.
This training course provides you with a detailed overview of the most frequently used extensions in our ECAP applications. The ECEG components extend the APP with important functions and features such as the file manager, an Outlook add-in, a chat component or the Enhanced Records Grid.
With the file manager, documents can be saved, structured and previewed in the APP. With the Outlook add-in, you can integrate emails directly into ECAP and thus provide your application with even more information. Further extensions are possible with the chat component or the Enhanced Records Manager.
This course is aimed at technical users who wish to familiarise themselves with the latest adaptations and current functions of ECAP. The course is also recommended for those who have not worked with ECAP for some time and allows participants to refresh their knowledge of ECAP and learn how to implement their own solution.
This training course covers the tools for Customiser and Developer in the area of ESCRIBA Enterprise Document Services (EDS).
The aim of this three-day training course is to enable participants to solve development and integration tasks in the context of simple ESCRIBA EDS projects. Participants learn how the adapter works and how the ESCRIBA components interact. On request, the “Customizing” part of the course can be booked separately as a two-day event.
The classroom training courses take place- at our Berlin office.
We are also happy to provide on-site training upon request.
