An Impressum is one of the usual mandatory details of a commercial website operator. In the same way, business letters or invoices must always contain the correct mandatory information to comply with the law. Companies that create their documents and contracts with ESCRIBA do not take any risk. Via centrally managed text modules, the currently valid legal information is always integrated into all documents. Consequential errors due to incorrect or incomplete mandatory information are consistently excluded.

Gender-appropriate language

Our heart beats not only for software, but also for diversity. We demand and promote diversity in all areas. That’s why we make every effort to use gender-inclusive language. We do this either by using gender-neutral wording or by gendering with a colon. And we do this as best we can! If readability suffers too much, we sometimes use the generic masculine here and there. For example, when you read about customer experience, employee satisfaction or the strategic partner, we want you to know that we include all women, men, diverse and queer people or – to put it briefly – simply all people.
