Our key user training courses are aimed at users who want to understand and use the standard range of functions of the ESCRIBA ECAP platform or ESCRIBA Enterprise Document Services (EDS). No special IT knowledge is required for this, but users should be familiar with computer applications in general.
The training courses below are aimed at key users. For technical users, we offer more advanced training courses, which you can find under “Technical User Trainings”.
This course provides participants with an understanding of the customisability of the ECAP frontend (user interface) and how to work with the ECAP frontend. Participants will learn how to search and find documents and how to create customised views to display relevant documents.
Other frequently used functions are also discussed, such as customised reports to obtain overviews at both group and individual level.
The training is aimed at people who will be working on the user interface as well as key users who act as knowledge brokers on the side.
The content of this training course has been specially developed for document and process optimisation specialists who have no previous experience with ESCRIBA Designer. The aim of this training course is to teach the extensive functions of ESCRIBA Designer. This includes the areas of template structure and working methods.
In the three-day basic training course, participants learn how to create and use simple templates for the respective application purpose.
In this training course, you will gain a deeper insight into complex application scenarios for document creation. In the two-day training course, you will learn in particular how to use data tables and reference modules, e.g. to optimise the possibilities of the Designer with nested data tables, data references and their combination.
In this training course, we present our successful HR solution: the ESCRIBA HR Service Manager (HRSM). We will be looking at the various functions and application options of the HR Service Manager.
The main topics include the configuration of the HRSM, which enables users to create or add new functions and categories. The training also covers the configuration and adoption of the standard workflows available in the front end and how they can be customised in the user interface.
Last but not least, participants will learn how customisation and expansion work both in the self-service interface and in the knowledge database.
The classroom training courses take place- at our Berlin office.
We are also happy to provide on-site training upon request.
