On June 15 and 16, we were part of the StrategieTage 2021 in Bensberg powered by business factors. The StrategieTage offer individual congress programs with topic-focused and practice-oriented lectures, discussion rounds and tailored one-on-one meetings. This gave us the opportunity not only to present our product solutions and innovations in the HR sector, but also to enter into a targeted dialog with other participants on relevant HR topics.

Our customer presentations included information on how you can improve the digital employee experience by automating processes. With rule-based process automation, you not only create the basis for legally compliant and audit-proof HR work, but can also actively involve employees via self-service portals.

Together with the IWV Institut für Wirtschaftsmathematik und betriebliche Versorgungssysteme AG (Institute for Business Mathematics and Company Pension Systems), we provided answers to the question of how our customers achieve higher employee satisfaction with the help of benefit portals. For this purpose, we presented an exclusive project report on our bAV-Suite.

Pension portals have the potential to enable holistic employee communication in the HR sector. With the help of no- and low-code platforms, related processes can be digitally mapped end-to-end, independently adapted and further developed, right up to an own app.

For our delegates from ESCRIBA it was the first presence event after events like this one were either cancelled or only held online due to the COVID pandemic last year. The joy was accordingly great – but also because we could finally show the audience what we have been working on in the past months.

The decisive question for us was whether the topic of no/low coding (NLC) would find favour in the HR market. For the first time, we were able to present ourBenefit Portal in combination with the bAV Suite. In particular, our HR Suite, a fully comprehensive NLC solution for the HR sector, met with great interest. Overall, we met with a consistently positive response, which gives us a good feeling for the future to further exploit and advance the potential of NLC platforms.
