ESCRIBA is a Berlin-based provider of enterprise software for the digitalisation and automation of processes in the HR environment, among others.

Our technology stack ESCRIBA EDS/EIS and the NLC-based HR suite are the result of the complete redesign of our document creation and automation technology that has been successful for 20 years. We combine the power of digital workflows and case management with consistently object-oriented document creation. This is what makes ESCRIBA so unique in the market.

We are looking for an Software Project Manager (m/f/d) for HR process optimisation and digitisation as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities

  • Introduction, integration and customisation of our digital service management solutions for new and existing customers.
  • Identification and placement of further solutions that create added value for customers
  • Preparation and creation of offers and product presentations
  • Optimisation and modelling of complex HR processes
  • Software specification, creation of concepts, requirement and functional specifications

Your qualifications

  • Completed studies in business informatics or comparable training
  • Experience in the area of conception, data model and interfaces
  • Experience in leading and/or managing HR projects
  • Ideally SAP knowledge and experience in the area of HCM
  • Agile working style and strong communication skills
  • Fluent German and good English skills
