The Nuremberg-based consulting and auditing firm RÖDL (formerly Rödl & Partner) and the Berlin-based software provider ESCRIBA AG are expanding their long-standing collaboration and entering into a new strategic partnership. The aim of the cooperation is to provide companies and public institutions with even more comprehensive support in the digitalization and automation of data- and document-intensive processes in the future.

Driving digital transformation in businesses through pooled expertise
RÖDL has been successfully using the ESCRIBA ECAP NLC|AI platform for many years. As part of the expanded partnership, the solution is now also increasingly being used to offer customers digital consulting services, so-called managed (legal) services. The initial focus is on processes in the public sector and on the topic of operator responsibility in building management.

An important part of the partnership is also the joint market presence. RÖDL and ESCRIBA have already appeared together in the past. The collaboration is to be intensified in the future – including through joint participation in events, conferences and specialist formats.
