We are pleased to announce that, together with our partner HR-Com and based on our flexible no- and low-code platform ESCRIBA ECAP NLC|AI, we are providing a backend-independent BEM hub for SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, and other HR systems. As a comprehensive solution, the BEM Hub enables the digitization of Workplace Integration Management (BEM) and makes the process time-saving, transparent, and partially automated for all stakeholders—regardless of the specific HR system. The solution is already being implemented for our first customers.

Digitizing and automating your BEM process

Coordinating and implementing the Workplace Integration Management (BEM) process presents BEM coordinators with a complex challenge. Especially in large companies, they must keep track of a large number of BEM cases, each with different start and progress dates. This includes sending invitation letters and maintaining verifiable communication with each individual. All of this must be documented and archived. In addition, there is the coordination of schedules and the involvement of various stakeholders and responsible parties. Beyond these routine tasks and formal processes, individual and personal support naturally plays a vital role.

The BEM Center from HR-Com and ESCRIBA digitizes and automates all routine tasks in the BEM process. This gives BEM coordinators more time for personal support.
