We are pleased to announce that the software provider ESCRIBA AG and Dayforce, Inc., a leading global provider of Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions that sustainably improves the workplace, have entered into a strategic partnership to digitise and automate AI-based, document- and data-intensive processes. As an “Advisory Partner”, ESCRIBA AG will provide comprehensive support to Dayforce customers in the DACH region in the areas of document management, digital personnel files and document-driven processes such as contracts, certificates and other HR documents.

Through this partnership, ESCRIBA becomes part of the growing Dayforce Partner Network. Dayforce offers a unified, AI-powered platform for HR, payroll, time and attendance, talent management, planning and analytics. This enables organisations of all sizes and across all sectors to reduce complexity, realise economies of scale and create measurable value. The partnership combines ESCRIBA’s technological expertise in no-code/low-code and AI-powered solutions for document generation, digital personnel files and HR service management with Dayforce’s integrated HCM platform. The aim is to automate and modernise document-based workflows, as well as to reduce administrative burdens in the long term and significantly improve process quality.
