SAP SuccessFactors can be extended using the ESCRIBA Integration Server

The ESCRIBA Integration Server 2.0 (EIS) is a key component for the seamless integration of ESCRIBA applications into virtually all conventional HR systems. Once again this year, SAP has confirmed that the ESCRIBA Integration Server 2.0 for SAP SuccessFactors has been recertified via the SAP integration scenario BTP-EXT. This ensures continued seamless integration with SAP.

With the ESCRIBA Integration Server (EIS), we offer our customers a mature multi-system solution for integrating ESCRIBA applications into existing backend systems such as SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle. What makes this stand out: Acting as a data hub, the EIS can access all necessary data—ideally even bidirectionally, provided the backend system’s API allows it. This enables data to be retrieved from multiple existing system environments as needed, consolidated, and, in the case of a bidirectional connection, written back as well.

EIS enables highly customized and legally compliant documents

Thanks to this multidirectional data interface, our customers can create highly customized and legally compliant documents using data from various sources. This applies not only to SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors, but also to Workday, Oracle, and other HCM providers.

The current SAP certificate dated November 6, 2025, confirms the technical compliance of the ESCRIBA Integration Server 2.0 for SAP SuccessFactors. The certification test is documented in Report No. 25537 and expires on November 6, 2026. The certification is listed in the SAP Certified Solutions Directory: www.sap.com/csd

Data Integration Beyond Simple Document Generation

The ESCRIBA Integration Server is not only used for document generation but also for applications based on the ESCRIBA ECAP NLC|AI Platform. Additionally, the EIS can also be installed on-premises on customer servers. In addition to SAP, other HCM providers such as Workday, Oracle, and d.Vinci are supported.
