With the help of ESCRIBA, we have reached an important milestone in the Solutions division. By introducing harmonised templates for customer-specific proposals, the company was able to respond to customer enquiries quickly, consistently and with the required quality. The scalability of the documents in particular – from the budget offer to the final proposal – proved to be a key function. In the first quarter following the roll-out of the new processes, Endress+Hauser was already able to record a time saving of one hour per quotation.
