About us: ESCRIBA has been a pioneer in innovative business software in Berlin for 25 years. Impact of your role: As an IT project manager, you take overall responsibility for our customer projects. You manage the entire project life cycle from the requirements analysis to the successful go-live and are the central point of contact between customers, the development team and management.

At the earliest possible date, we are looking for the following person for our Berlin or Stuttgart location

IT project manager (m/f/d) – steer our digital transformation projects

Your design options

  • Independent management of complex digitization projects
  • Conducting workshops to analyze and document customer requirements
  • Planning, managing and monitoring project budgets, resources and schedules
  • Coordinating project teams and managing external service providers
  • Proactive risk management and quality assurance
  • Regular reporting to stakeholders and management
  • Advising and supporting customers in their digital transformation

Your qualifications

  • Degree in business informatics, business administration or comparable qualification
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in IT project management
  • In-depth experience with agile and classic project management methods
  • Proven success in the implementation of software projects
  • Understanding of business processes and IT architectures
  • Ideally experience with low-code platforms
  • Certifications in project management (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) are an advantage
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
  • Strong communication skills and confident manner
