We are pleased to announce that, together with our partner HR-Com and based on our flexible no- and low-code platform<\/strong> ESCRIBA ECAP NLC|AI, we are providing a backend-independent BEM hub for SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, and other HR systems. As a comprehensive solution, the BEM Hub enables the digitization of Workplace Integration Management (BEM) and makes the process time-saving, transparent, and partially automated for all stakeholders\u2014regardless of the specific HR system. The solution is already being implemented for our first customers.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Coordinating and implementing the Workplace Integration Management (BEM) process presents BEM coordinators with a complex challenge.
