ESCRIBA has been developing business software in Berlin for 25 years. Our intelligent products are synonymous with consistent digitization and subject-specific automation of administrative processes, especially in the human resources sector. They combine the power of digital workflows and case management with object-oriented document creation.

Our successful technology is based, among other things, on no and low coding, for which we operate our own development platform.

We are looking for someone to join our Berlin office as soon as possible.

Software tester (m/f/d)

Your design options

  • You test whether the new products, applications and features on our no- and low-coding platform and their UI are executable and compliant with standards and guidelines.
  • You will develop the appropriate test cases and strategies independently and in a team, and you will also use automated tests.
  • You will create reports for our software developers and support them in finding solutions to problems and bugs, as well as optimizing applications.
  • You will continuously document your findings and how the bugs were fixed in change logs.

Your qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or training as an IT specialist
  • Experienced in using Cucumber, TestRail, Selenium and Postman
  • Basic knowledge of programming, server architectures, software development models and software processes
  • Ideally years of experience with B2B software (user requirements)
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Knowledge of German (fluent) and English (good)
  • CTFL or ISTQB certification is desired
