Our ESCRIBA EDS/EIS technology stack and NLC-based HR suite are the result of a complete redesign of our document creation and automation technology that has been successful for 20 years. We combine the power of digital workflows and case management with consistently object-oriented document creation. This is what makes ESCRIBA so unique in the market.

ESCRIBA is a growing company and is constantly opening up new market and sales areas. Therefore, we are looking for an Online Marketing Manager:in (m/f/d) for our office in Berlin (hybrid working possible). In this position you have the opportunity to use and expand your concentrated online marketing knowledge. You will be responsible for the area on your own and report to the Teamlead Corporate Marketing.

Your responsibilities

  • Control, evaluation and further development of the online marketing mix
  • Setting up, testing and managing online marketing campaigns and strategies for lead generation and increasing brand awareness
  • Review and development of keyword research
  • Creation of SEO texts for optimal positioning in Google rankings and for brand awareness
  • Set-up and optimization of ads (Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads) incl. ad copywriting
  • Development of conversion optimized landing pages
  • Evaluations of lead channels and KPIs in Google Analytics/ Looker Studio and their (further) development, creation of ROI calculations and reports
  • Support with general content creation (website, blogs, flyers, etc.)

Your qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in online marketing and related lead generation, preferably in B2B.
  • Ability to plan and implement effective campaigns
  • Interest in and understanding of sophisticated B2B solutions, preferably from the no/low code world or document generation and management
  • Analytical skills to interpret campaign performance
  • Good feel for language and SEO-driven, fresh writing style
  • Good mix of analytical and hands-on approaches
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
