We have now consistently geared our ESCRIBA document creation and process automation technologies, which have been established on the market for 20 years, to no/low coding. ESCRIBA combines digital workflows and case management with the full strength of object-oriented document creation and is thus unique on the market.

Your responsibilities

  • You lead the sales and marketing team and expand it in line with our growth targets
  • You develop and control models for the management of our partners and existing customers
  • You are responsible for our market presence and our sales strategy
  • Through continuous data-based assessment, you manage and optimise your area in alignment with the company’s strategic goals

Your qualifications

  • You have proven experience in building up and managing sales in the B2B software / SaaS sector, ideally channel sales
  • You have disciplinary and technical leadership experience and bring your team to success with a cooperative and potential-promoting leadership style
  • You know the B2B market in the field of HR and/or IT in medium-sized and large companies and have a relevant network of decision-makers at your disposal
  • High willingness to travel
  • Focused, independent, very well structured and organised way of thinking and working
  • High degree of initiative and creative competence as well as enthusiasm
    Confident appearance and outstanding communication skills
