Benifits

Your responsibilities

  • Point of contact for customer questions (by phone and by mail) regarding our in-house software solutions
  • Creation of solution proposals for the use of our software systems in cooperation with colleagues from Sales, Delivery and the Academy
  • Enhancement of our customer support e.g. by establishing processes and documentation, development and enhancement of the knowledge management system
  • Preparation of problem reports and communication of solutions in collaboration with our developer teams
  • Immediate implementation of technical solutions

Your qualifications

  • Graduate with commercial training or lateral entrant with high technical affinity
  • Experience in the field of software support or consulting is preferred
  • Ability to communicate and service mentality as well as enjoyment being in contact with customers
  • Process- and solution-oriented way of thinking
